* Any additional room guest(s) require a $50 per night charge. Please note only select rooms are able to accommodate guests of three or more.
* Pet Policy:
Well behaved pets are welcome at Balance Rock Inn. A charge of $40 per day per pet is added to the normal room rate. Owners are responsible at all times for their pet's behavior. Pets must be on a leash and are not allowed in certain areas of the Inn. As well, the Inn is only able to accommodate pets in specific rooms.
* We are a Non-Smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the private and semi-private decks and at the Veranda Bar deck.
* Deposit Policy:
For stays of two nights or less a total deposit is required. For a stay three nights or more a 50% deposit is required.
* Cancellation Policy:
Due to the short season and the limited number of rooms, Balance Rock Inn requires a minimum 14-day notice of cancellation prior to your reservation date. If you cancel prior to this time there is a $50 bookkeeping fee; if you cancel after this time, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.
* Check time is 3:00 PM on the date of your arrival. Check out time is by 11:00 AM on the date of your departure.
