Our Penthouse Suite is an apartment-style luxury 4-room suite. The bedroom features a king size bed, fireplace, and big screen tv. French doors lead to a private deck with fabulous views of the pool and ocean. A galley kitchen runs parallel to the bedroom, with a pass-thru to the living room / salon. This room has a phenomenal ocean view, which can be enjoyed with the surround sound stereo system. A stairway leads to a private loft, with a big screen television, oval whirlpool tub with a great view, and vaulted ceiling. This is ultimate romance suite. $395 - 625

Rates are quoted per day per room based on double occupancy. Additional guest in room, $50 per night, and only certain rooms and suites will accommodate more than 2 people. One room has two queen beds and the rest have either one king or one queen, and port-a-beds with air mattresses are available. We honor major credit cards and your personal check. Advanced reservations are suggested.

Deposit Policy
For stays of two nights or less, a total deposit is required. For three nights, a two-night deposit is taken and for four or more nights a 50 percent deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the short season and the limited number of rooms, Balance Rock Inn requires a minimum 14-day notice of cancellation prior to your reservation date. If you cancel prior to this time there is a $50 bookkeeping fee; if you cancel after this time, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.

Check in/Check out Policy
Check in is after 3:00 PM on the date of your arrival. Check out by 11:00 AM on the date of departure.

Pet Policy: Well behaved pets are welcome at Balance Rock. A charge of $40 per day per pet is added. Owners are responsible at all times for their pet's behavior. Pets must be on a leash and are not allowed in certain areas of the Inn. We will gladly send our Pet Etiquette Guide upon request.

We are a Non-Smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outdoors, on the private and semi-private decks and at the Veranda Bar deck.
